Adding fiber to plastic is not to make the surface "hard", the fiber is inside the plastic. During the injection process, the fibers will not just flow in the same direction, but will be staggered, thus enhancing the tensile and compressive strength of the product and increasing the dimensional stability of the product.
TPU soft plastic plus fiber has nothing to do with surface hardness. Instead, it uses the staggered distribution of fibers in a "quasi-woven" state to prevent soft products from becoming "soft and rotten", increase product elasticity, and allow product shape recovery to be more complete and faster. Some people call this "memory", which should be the main purpose of TPU plus fiber, and is completely different from the appeal of PA and other hard plastics plus fibers.
